Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was residential from at least 1916 until the dwellings were demolished at various times between the 1950s and 1960s. One of the dwellings was converted into a retail store, and an additional retail store was constructed in the central portion during the 1940s and 1950s. The central portion of the property remained developed with retail stores until demolished during the 1960s. An automobile dealership was constructed in the northern portion of the property in 1924, which was demolished when the original portion of the current commercial building was constructed in 1935, with additions constructed at various times between the 1930s and 1960s. Various used automobile offices were located in the southern portion between the 1930s and the 1970s. The property was occupied by an automobile dealership with service operations from at least 1924 until 2001, a tool and die shop in at least 1945, a real estate office from at least 1940 until at least 1950, a feed store from 2001 until 2008, and the current lawn equipment sales and service since 2004.
