Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on review of historical use information, the Property was used for agricultural purposes from as early as 1937 through approximately 1978. An apparent residential dwelling was present in the southeast corner of the property as early as 1937 until as late as 1983, and several other structures may have been present on the Property for shorter periods. The Property appears to have remained vacant since around 2013. In approximately 2012-2013, undocumented fill was placed on the northern portion of the Property without a special use permit, and the undocumented fill is still present in this area. Phase I ESA found no REC associated with this property and determine no further site assessment necessary. Major subdivision, final plat and final development plans have been approved by Adams County for redevelopment of 54 single family lots.
