Additional Property Attributes

This property is located approximately 3 miles to the east of Jerome, ID. There is a nearby landfill that was owned by the BLM which was closed in 1993. It was covered, but unlined. The City is planning for an industrial park, however, a source of water is needed. Concern was raised that the landfill may be contaminating the groundwater in the area. Under this TBA, groundwater samples were collected from nearby farms and businesses to help determine if groundwater has been impacted by the landfill.
