Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed by 1896 with a drugstore, meat store, and doctor?s office. The Property was used as a filling station from approximately the 1940s until the 1970s. The Property was operated as a pizza shop from approximately 1980 until 2016. The Pizza shop briefly resumed operation but was closed in February 2018 and has been vacant since. Two underground storage tanks (UST) are reported to be located on the Property: one 2,000-gallon tank, and one 1,100-gallon tank. Both were reportedly used to dispense gasoline. The tanks were reported to the Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) in 1991. The Property has an open citation from BUSTR requesting removal of the tanks and closure assessment to determine whether a release from the tanks has occurred (Facility ID: 64010000). On March 9, 2018, BUSTR determined that no viable responsible party exists to remove the tanks or perform the closure assessment, and designated the Property as Class C.
