Additional Property Attributes

The property was originally the headquarters site for the Bessemer and Lake Erie Railroad. The site is currently vacant and unused. The redevelopment of this property is a key component of Greenville Borough?s downtown revitalization plans. The property is located within the Greenville Commercial Historic District and is considered to a contributing property. The Greenville Commercial Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

The Greenville Commercial Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000, and this property is considered to be contributing. The Greenville Area Historical Society will be consulted should the property proceed to cleanup and redevelopment.
