Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documented that the Western Parcels were developed in 1946 and 1952 with the current eastern and western buildings, respectively, on previously vacant land. The property was occupied by Detroit Auto Receiving and Efficient Engineering (dates unknown), various stamping, tool and die/casting, and manufacturing companies from at least 1948 to 1975, Bell Automotive from 1973 to 1975, Ion Exchange from 1967 to 1981, Ion Manufacturing and Construction Tool & Supply in at least 1983 and 1984, Detroit Auto Specialties from 1987 to 2002, and has been occupied by a landscaping and duct work company since 2006.
