Additional Property Attributes

An historical dry cleaner and gas station/auto repair shop and the associated underground storage tanks are recognized environmental conditions (REC). The presence of a drycleaner is also a potential vapor encroachment condition (pVEC). Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and Lead-Based Paint were identified as environmental concerns based on the age of the building and presence of materials that may contain ACM.

Former Use: The approximately 0.12 acre property (See attached maps) is a potential building site for a Dollar General store. The property contains three buildings (see attached photos) that are approximately 3,500 square feet in size. The buildings were operated as a dry cleaner from the 1950s to the 1980s. The rest of the property is undeveloped.
