NOTE: The parcels field would not accept the full listing of project parcels: K482500040204900, K482500040205000, K482500040205100 K48-25-00-04-02-052-00, K48-25-00-04-02-053-00, and K48-25-00-04-02-104-00; Phase I and limited Phase 2 investigation were performed at the property. The phase I identified 3 REC/IA's including: historic storage and handling of petroleum-based products, 2 hydraulic lifts, used oil UST, releases from damaged vehicles (petroleum based and auto fluids), former coal and oil storage and handling area with former railroad sidings The adjacent business Ultra Met purchased the property following completion of the Ph1/limited Ph2 sampling; They will use a portion of the site for additional parking and storage. The remainder of the site will be contemplated for future expansion.

Former Use: According to the Phase 1 report, an automotive repair/body shop (Johnny�s Body Shop) operated in the northwest portion of the Site from 1955 until it closed in 2005. Further, the former body shop operation included an impound lot located in the now vacant undeveloped grassed northern corner of the Site. the portion of the Site located southeast of Laurel Oak Street (parcel number K48-00-04-02-104-00) was formerly owned by a railroad company and a company called Kone Coal, which operated a rail siding and scales for the pickup and delivery of coal. In addition, three oil tanks were identified in this portion of the Site on the 1950 Sanborn Map. Past owners were individuals from 1923 -2007 for all parcels with the exception of the property to the SE where from 1978-1994 Consolidated Rail Corporation owned the site and West Central Port Authority from 1994-1998
