Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property has been used for a variety of uses prior to being acquired by Monti Properties LLC. Past land uses on the property have ranged from single family residential, to janitorial supply store, to its use as a bar and as a repair shop. The property has also been used for industrial supplies. When Monti Properties LLC originally acquired the parcel with the existing warehouse, their lender had required a Phase I ESA which found no RECs. Since then, Monti Properties LLC has acquired the remaining parcels, but without conducting any environmental assessments. However, Monti Properties LLC as a responsible steward of the environment, is requesting a Phase I ESA for the entire property prior to sale, so as to provide any potential buyers with any information of potential contamination, prior to putting the site back into commerce. The site is in a key area of the Paul Maillard and could be a catalyst for redevelopment.
