Additional Property Attributes

The larger project includes four parcels: 125 & 133 E Grand River Ave., 135 E Grand River Ave., 201-209 E Grand River Ave., and 200 Albert Ave. However, EPA funds were expended on activities conducted on just the E Grand River Ave. parcels.

Former Use: From as early as 1906, the property has been developed for residential and/or commercial uses. The buildings that were present on the property at the start of the project were constructed in the 1920s and 1950s.
