Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was approximately 0.14 acres and situated on the southwest corner of 32nd Street of 4th Avenue.The Property was occupied by Victory Auto Body and Collision Center, and automotive service and repair facility.The Property contained one 2,375 square foot,one-story block structure with concrete flooring that housed two service bays and an office. There were two metal shade canopies on the Property. Vehicles, used batteries, vehicle parts, tires, ceramic tiles, buckets of bolts, rims, storage cabinets and other miscellaneous vehicle items were stored underneath the shade structure along the southern Property boundary. A paint booth was housed under the western canopy. The remainder of the Property was covered with concrete pavement. Automobiles were parked in the eastern portion of the Property prior to or following repairs and body work. The Property was enclosed by metal and block fencing, and the Property was accessed by two electric metal gates along the eastern boundary and northwest corner of the Property. There was an electrical switch cabinet placed on a concrete pad and Waste Management waste container in the southeast corner of the Property. We observed typical office waste in the waste container, and did not observe evidence of hazardous materials or petroleum product disposal into the container
