The parcel at 123 S. 3rd Street consists of a vacant 54,990 square foot, 6-story brick building (Structure 1); 4,641 square foot vacant 1-story brick building (Structure 2); 56,168 square foot 4-story brick warehouse (Structure 3); and 36,580 square foot 5-story brick warehouse (Structure 4).

Based on the review of the above historical records, it appears the existing structures located on the Property were constructed in stages beginning between 1900 and 1920 and was used primarily by the Chittenden & Eastman Company as a furniture factory, warehouse, office, and showroom.
