Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed as an asphalt parking lot associated with T&T Market, which adjoins the Property to the south. Based on our review of historical documents, the first likely development on the site was a small structure constructed prior to 1936 which was associated with a lumberyard. Two additional buildings were constructed by 1941, and the Property was used as a lumberyard and sign maker, until sometime between 1955 and 1960. One structure, likely associated with the lumberyard, was demolished by 1958. The second structure housed a construction company and realty company until the entire site was cleared by 1972. The site was paved with asphalt by 1996.
