Additional Property Attributes

Property has consisted of vacant land for over 10 years. Site is planned for commercial redevelopment.

Former Use: The property consisted of undeveloped land from at least 1937 until the late 1940s, when a gasoline service station and constructed. A motel and garage were present beginning in the early 1950s. The property was utilized as a gasoline filling station until the 1960s and was used for various trucking company operations (repair, parking, dispatch, etc.), a motel, and ambulance storage until the mid-2000s. The buildings were demolished between 2005 and 2006. The property has been unused since the early 2010s and currently consists of undeveloped gravel and vegetated land that is currently owned by Brownstown Crossing II, LLC.
