Additional Property Attributes

This golf course will be acquired by Metroparks Toledo for future expansion of Secor Metropark which is adjacent to this property.

Former Use: The property has operated as a portion of the Spuyten Duyval Golf Course since at least 1935. The Spuyten Duyval Golf Course later expanded to encompass the southwest and southern portion of the Property and Cottonwood Creek Executive Golf Course and driving range was constructed in the eastern portion of the Property between 1987 and 1993. Prior to the construction of the golf courses, the Property consisted of undeveloped agricultural fields and wooded areas.
