Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on the review of historical aerial photographs, the site historically consisted of two commercial buildings with a large parking lot from at least the 1960s to the 1980s. Numerous automobiles and large trucks are apparent during that time period. In 1993, the commercial buildings and parking lot were demolished. The majority of the site has remained vacant since 1993, when the commercial buildings and parking lot were demolished. Currently, the easternmost portion of the site is consists of one apartment building that was constructed circa 2013 and the remaining areas of the site are vacant, which have remained vacant for since the 1980s. Site is believed to be contaminated with petroleum products due to the past commercial buildings and the parking lot use. The previous owner was Park Associates, Bedford Group. The current owner is City of Los Angeles who acquired the property in 2013. A PHI will need to be conducted in order to determine contaminants at property. Current owner City of Los Angeles
