Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, 509 E. North St., Ishpeming, Michigan, consists of one parcel with the tax ID number of 52-51-205-001-20. The residence is in poor condition due to years of deferred maintenance and is located in an area of Ishpeming identified as a �low SEV� area as a result of Brownfield area wide planning. The MCLBA plans to abate any asbestos, partner with the City of Ishpeming to demolish the structure, and sell the resulting vacant lot to the adjoining property owners on either side. The result will be an elimination of blight and increased value for the adjacent residential lots.

Former Use: The site is developed with an approximately 2,000 ft2 private residence.
