Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA has determined that the likely presence of hazardous substances and/or petroleum products on the Property under conditions that pose a material threat of a release to the environment associated with the former use of the north adjoining property as a dairy and auto garage with two USTs were determined to represent RECs.

Former Use: The Property was historically used, from circa 1888 to circa 1996, by the Heilman Lumber Co. (as a planing mill and lumber yard) and/or Greenville Dairy Co./Ryan Milk Co. as a powdered milk plant. Since 1996, the Property has been used by Sha-Co as a welding and fabrication facility.
