Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is 0.96 acres and is currently developed with a shop/storage structure, storage structure, office structure, office/former automobile repair structure, and a canopy. The shop/storage structure, storage structure, and office/former automobile repair structure are currently occupied by Bay Fire Products. The north portion of the office structure is currently vacant and the south portion is currently occupied by Jubilee Accounting Solutions, LLC. There are currently three USTs beneath the canopy on north portion of the property. The remainder of the property currently consists of concrete/asphalt parking/drive areas and grassy areas. The onsite office/former automobile repair structure, the east portion of the structure currently used as office space was the former location of two fuel islands for dispensing gasoline. The west portion of the structure was previously used as an automobile repair shop and retail store. This structure was built in 1967 and the current office structure was built in the mid-1990s. The south portion of the current shop/storage structure was built in the mid-1990s and the northern portion was added in 2008. The storage structure on the northwest portion of the property was built in 2005. The subject property consisted of undeveloped and agricultural land from at least 1938 to 1966. The subject property was occupied by a gasoline station from 1967 to 1976 (Mixon�s Shell) and an automobile repair facility from at least 1980 to at least 1985 (Dixon�s Auto & Tire Center and Gulf Coast Motors). Historical city directories and property records indicate that Bay Fire Products has occupied the subject property since 1991. The current property owner acquired the property in 1994 and the previous property owner is deceased. The property was occupied by a tanning salon from at least 2000 to 2011 and Bay Lumber Products from 2000 to 2016.
