Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of nine contiguous parcels located in the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, approximately one mile north of the Sheboygan River. The Property extends from the parcel directly west of the intersection of North 15th Street and Carl Avenue, northwards to the approximate southwest corner of the intersection of North 15th Street and Geele Avenue. Together, the nine parcels (Parcels A through I), zoned Urban Commercial (UC), create an approximately 2.75 acre property. The current owner is going through a master planning effort regarding their campus which prompted the environmental due diligence request.

Former Use: The property consists of nine contiguous parcels located in the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, approximately one mile north of the Sheboygan River. The Property extends from the parcel directly west of the intersection of North 15th Street and Carl Avenue, northwards to the approximate southwest corner of the intersection of North 15th Street and Geele Avenue. Together, the nine parcels (Parcels A through I), zoned Urban Commercial (UC), create an approximately 2.75 acre property. The nine parcels have a mixed industrial past. One of the parcels operated as a tinsel factory for approximately 50 years. This parcel still contains a building that is used as a haunted house during the Halloween season. A number of the other parcels also had an industrial or commercial past that ranged from plywood manufacturing to broom manufacturing.
