Additional Property Attributes

The current site building was constructed in approximately 1924 and used for residential purposes until approximately 1960. It has been used for commercial purposes since the 1960s. Commercial uses have included trucking, automotive repairs and/or body shop operations. The site was used as a body shop since 1972, but is no longer in use.

Former Use: The current site building was constructed in approximately 1924 and used for residential purposes until approximately 1960. It has been used for commercial purposes since the 1960s. Commercial uses have included trucking, automotive repairs and/or body shop operations. The site was used as a body shop from 1972. The site was occupied by Daniels Brother Auto Body from at least 1977, with current ownership listed as Mr. Roscoe Daniels and Ms. Naomi Kilander, until late September 2018, when the City of Wyandotte purchased the site. Previous owners included Mr. John Adams from at least 1937 to at least 1957 and Ms. Anna Pape (and/or Mr. Pape) from at least 1964 to at least the mid-1970s.
