Plans to renovate the vacant building into a credit union branch office.

Former Use: The subject property was occupied by an automotive service garage with operations conducted from construction in 1950 to the early 1980s, with no known subsurface investigation. The subject property is listed as a Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) site, with a confirmed release reported in 1989. Review of the previous site investigations identified deficiencies associated with the lack of assessment of the former dispenser area and the failure to complete a geophysical survey. The subject property is currently connected to municipal sewer; however, the current building likely utilized a private septic system from construction in 1950 until at least 1971.
