Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of one approximately 0.43-acre parcel (Parcel No. 030500B) and has a 1.5-story office building that is attached to a printing/storage building on its west side. The printing/storage building has an attached loading dock, and the exterior features a small parking lot, a small outbuilding on the south side of the parcel for lawn equipment storage, and a grass lawn on the east, south and west sides. The Property was agricultural in use through the mid-1940s. The Property Owner reports that the building was used as a residence and a greenhouse from the time the building was erected in the 1940�s until 1983. From 1983 through the present, it has operated as the printing and photography company, Brandt Printing, Inc.
