Additional Property Attributes

The Property is owned by McKeegan Ormond Jack Te 1-2 and Ormand J McKeegan Rev TR 1-2 and is comprised of three tax lots (17-03-30-34-04900, 17-03-30-04800, and 17-03-30-04700). The 0.5-acre Property was vacant with an old abandoned residence and one small auxiliary structure during the Phase I ESA in July 2018. The Property is zoned Whiteaker Special Area (S-W). Historical fire insurance maps indicate the Property has been in use as a residential lot from at least 1895. According to the Lane County Regional Land Information Database report for the Property, the current residential building was built in 1900. Phase I ESA found no RECs, but there are environmental concerns related to the Property: 1) A small soil stockpile was located on the southern lot. The source of the soil is unknown. There is a potential for contaminants within the soil stockpile, and 2) The Property was developed for residential use by 1900. No records or field indications of the presence or former use of a heating oil tank at the Property have been identified; however, there is a potential for a heating oil tank to be present on the Property.
