Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and historical sources were able to document the subject property was developed with agricultural land prior to 1940. Agricultural activities ceased between 1949 and 1956, when a gasoline service station was constructed in the central portion. An addition was constructed to the western portion between 1956 and 1963, and the property was then redeveloped in 1970 with the current building. The subject property was occupied by a gasoline service station from at least 1956 until dispensing operations ceased in 1991, and continued to operate as a service garage until 2015, when the building was vacated.
