Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: While the site is currently operated as the Dominick Andujar Park, the site has operated as a variety of operations since the mid-1800s until the late 1970s. Past commercial and industrial operations on the site have included a machine shop, black smith, iron railing manufacturer, leather and suede manufacturing, tannery, boatbuilding, anchor and chain manufacturing, and residential. The site will be redeveloped into open park space for the community.
