Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is a former chemical plant that has been vacant since 2013. The site was formerly subject to U. S. EPA Administrative Order, RCRA Section 3013, Docket Number: RCRA-3013-5-00-01 between U.S. EPA and DOW Chemical Company, who no longer owns the site, for corrective action pursuant to the environmental remediation and restoration of the site. DOW has competed the work required by Section XIX of the Order and the Administrative Order was terminated through a Termination Order dated December 21, 2017.
