Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently undeveloped land. Past uses include historic industrial china manufacturing activities (circa 1904- mid 1930's) and Northcott
Housing Projects circa 1950's for several decades. The majority of the structures were demolished in 2015. From 2017 and 2018 the parcel was used as
a staging site for construction of Marshall University's School of Pharmacy Dorm and Classroom facilities. Past owners include Huntington W.VA.
