Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA was completed from public right-of-ways and included review of environmental documents previously provided to the City. Phase II work has not been authorized by the landowner.

Former Use: The Property consists of two (2) parcels of land encompassing approximately 3.83-acres. The Property is developed with an approximately 70,000 square foot, one-story multi-unit commercial building (Property building). The approximately 66-year-old Property building is constructed of masonry, presumably on a concrete slab foundation. The property was undeveloped prior to 1939. Industrial/commercial use buildings were developed prior to 1956. Past ownership includes Carl and Annie Cipolla, Edwin and Ethel Sarver, Rochelle Printing Company, Rochelle Lakeview Corp, H.R. Sax, Ogle County Sheriff, Hub City Horsman, LLC-Storage.
