Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consists of a rectangular-shaped parcel of land encompassing 0.05-acres. The Property is developed with a 1,800 square foot, one-story with basement two-unit commercial building (Property building). The approximate 65-year-old Property building is constructed of concrete blocks on a concrete slab foundation. Typically, the interior finishes of the Property building consist of wood, vinyl-tiled and/or concrete floors; gypsum board and/or concrete block walls; and gypsum board, drop-ceiling panel and/or wood beam ceilings. The structure is divided into two (2) tenant spaces. The Property building is heated by a natural gas-fired/electric operated heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit. The Property building comprises the entirety of the Property. The Property was developed as a wagon shop prior to 1886, print shop in 1899, hand laundry 1904-1922, commercial/retail to current.
