A TIF redevelopment agreement was approved with the City of Rochelle in December 2018. The agreement includes up to $1 Million in TIF eligible expenses for up to 20 years.

Former Use: The Property is developed with an approximately 2,100 square-foot, two-story multi-unit residence with basement (Property residence building) and an approximately 1,700 square-foot, single-story garage (Property garage building). The over 100-year-old Property residence building is wood d and constructed of masonry and wood on a concrete slab foundation. The remaining grounds consist of mowed grass and a sidewalk. Historical land use has been residential. Past ownership includes Frances Simons, Shirley Smardo, Dennis Durbin, James Binham, Steven Bryant.
