Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed with two (2) structures. The southern structure is approximately 11,000 square feet and is wood-d and metal sided on a concrete slab foundation. In some areas of the structure, the floor is dirt/gravel. It was reported that maintenance did not occur in the southern structure. The northern structure is also approximately 11,000 square feet and is constructed of wood, sheet metal, and steel on a concrete slab foundation. The southern structure is approximately 43 years-old while the northern is approximately 44-62 years old (according to aerial photographs). The remaining grounds consist of a paved parking lot located east of both structures. Maintained grassed lawn is on the remaining exterior areas. Property history includes agricultural use and school bus storage, fueling, and light maintenance. Past ownership was not listed through 2005, Rochelle Community Consolidated School District is listed between 2010 and 2014.
