Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed with two (2) structures: � Sales and Service Building � consists of an approximately 13,200 square foot single story commercial building divided into a sales area (east) and service garage (west). The structure was built in 1967 and is steel d and constructed of masonry block and metal sheeting on a concrete slab foundation. Typically, the interior finishes of the Property building consist of concrete and/or carpeted floors; gypsum board and/or exposed cinder block and insulated steel sheeting walls; and drop-ceiling panel and/or exposed insulated steel decking ceilings. The Sales and Service building is heated by a natural gas-fired/electric operated heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit and ceiling-mounted heating units. A concrete block vehicle wash bay is present in the service area, in addition to a ventilated paint booth. A single floor trench drain is present in the center of the service area. A small floor drain is present in the paint booth. � Storage Building � consists of an approximately 2,200-square foot single story pole-building. The building is used for storage of vehicles, recreational vehicles, tires, and miscellaneous items. The storage building is wood-d on a concrete slab foundation. The interior finishes of the storage building consist of exposed steel sheeting walls and roof decking. A small wood-d lean-to building is located on the southeast corner of the storage building. The remaining grounds consist of asphalt paved parking lot/access drive surrounding the Sales and Service Building. The south parcel consists of maintained grass-covered surfaces. Property history includes agricultural operations and farm fields (1939-1956), and automotive sales and service dealership (pre-1974-current). Krahenbuhl Chrysler-Plymouth and Krahenbuhl Chrysler-Jeep are listed as owners of the Property as early as 1962.
