Phase II work was conducted based on a former Phase I report. Soil gas field screening activities conducted at 9 locations 3 in the basement of the building and 6 in the master parking lot. Result indicated lowest VOC in basement and highest in parking lot. Based on data consultant collected 5 soil gas samples from 5 locations in the parking lot using a multi-rae gas meter. Consultant installed and sampled 4 soil; borings that exhibited the highest VOC readings. The Detected Concentration of PCE was detected in soil gas sample 5 which exceeded the Ohio EPA Chroonic Response Action Levels with a detection of Tetrachloretheylene with a reading of 556,000 which is over the Ohio EPA Response level of 5,800/18,000. Ohio EPA response was called in regards to the residential home that was located NE of this detection site. The property owner this project site was able to get in contact with the tenant of the home but not the landloard.
