Property is located in historical part of downtown Port Huron. The developer plans to construct a mixed-use commercial development and residential loft development on the property. The 23,264 square foot building will be redeveloped with up to five commercial spaces and two residential loft properties. Proposed redevelopment includes a grocery store on the main level that will provide fresh food access within walking distance to downtown residents.

Former Use: The subject property consists of one parcel addressed as 310 Huron Avenue in Port Huron, Michigan, with a parcel ID: 82-5317199. The 0.287-acre parcel is located within the historical downtown commercial corridor of the city of Port Huron, located across the street from the Sperry Building. The property is developed with a 23,264-square-foot building that was previously used as a furniture store. Originally constructed as three separate addresses and known as 306, 308, and 310 Huron Avenue, the building has since been combined into one singular address known as 310 Huron Avenue. It is unknown when the consolidation occurred. No other information regarding previous ownership or site use is known.
