Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property currently is improved with an elementary school gymnasium, as well as with associated asphalt-paved parking areas and gravel drive lanes. The gymnasium is a one-story, high-bay, brick veneer on masonry block structure with a partial basement that occupies a footprint of approximately 11,500 square feet that was constructed in the 1950s. The gymnasium was used by both Pikeville Elementary and Bledsoe County High Schools until around 1980 and has been vacant since that time. The current owner of the subject property is listed as the City of Pikeville.
