South Pittsburg was considering acquiring the property, but another group submitted a higher offer. The building is being converted to a paranormal center. https://osphprc.com/

Former Use: Based on information gained from referenced sources, the subject property was developed in about 1959, as a hospital and was in use in that capacity until about 1998. Hydraulic elevator systems are associated with the former hospital. Three underground storage tanks were previously in use on the property, but have been removed, and received regulatory closure from TDEC-DUST was received for all three USTs in 1998. Tri-City Clinic Association, P.C. owned the subject property from 1973 to 1988. The City of South Pittsburg owned the property from 1990 to 1996 when SP Acquisition Corporation acquired the property. Alpha Concepts, LLC purchased the subject property in 2000 and is currently the property owner.
