Industrial Surplus LLC purchased the property on May 5, 2018 from Ms. Joyce Sager. The subject property was initially developed between 1909 and 1918. the property was used for heat-treating and warehousing operations until 1978. Flexible Roofing Systems operated at the property from 1983-1985. Pallet recycling operations commenced at the subject property in the early 1980s. The subject property is currently developed with a 99,022-square-foot building. Industrial Surplus LLC intends to redevelop the subject building and use the property for the repair and sale of damaged wood pallets. No future hazardous substance use is anticipated with the intended use of the property.
