Additional Property Attributes

Property currently is in the process of redevelopment planning by developer for residential and commercial use.

Former Use: Review of historical sources indicates that the textile mill at the subject property operated as Dixie Mercerizing Company from at least 1920 to 1999 and later as R.L. Stowe, Inc. from at least 1999 to 2005. Historical operations included mercerizing of raw cotton and spinning, winding and dyeing of yarn products.
