Additional Property Attributes

ACM survey conducted on buildings to be remodeled or demolished. ACM and Phase-II Reports delivered to applicant for use in future Development. Former Service Station parcel with address of 1902 Abbey detected concentration of NAPHTHALENE in the soil gas sample originally exceeding OEPA response action level for residential exposure. Additional Phase II delineation was conducted to address this issue in November 2018. Additional soil gas samples were taken and analyzed.. The results concluded that the cumulative non-carcinogenic hazard index for vapor intrusion DOES NOT exceed Ohio EPA target non-carcinogenic hazard index for residential exposure scenario. In addition developer intends to build above grade structures in the surrounding areas.
