select sections ofSuper Blocks 5&7 Phase-I assessments performed for future Opportunity Corridor Redevelopment. 50 Parcels spread over 22.70 acres.B;7B & 7C had a" modified Phase-I assessment' performed to determine the potential REC's in these areas due to the historic manufacturing/industrial sites located along historic residential areas through the incoming Opportunity corridor Project. Data collected was submitted to the City of Cleveland who will utilize this information for planning/rezoning and future Phase-II Investigations.

Former Use: Parcels for re-development in the opportunity corridor area of Cleveland, Ohio highest and best uses. The impact of this investigation will help the city in determining Future use for residential, commercial and industrial reuses.
