Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one 1.34-acre parcel situated along the southern bank of the East River in a predominantly commercial portion of downtown Green Bay. Since the early 1900s the Property has been utilized primarily as a whole food grocer, tool house, and automotive repair and service garage. A small grain elevator/feed mill and insecticide manufacturer also utilized a small portion of the Property during the 1930s. Presently, the Property buildings are used as a cold storage facility. The property owner is hoping to attract a new buyer to redevelop the site for a higher and better use.
