Additional Property Attributes

The City of Henderson has prioritized the redevelopment its downtown corridor, and designated a Downtown Redevelopment Area that included many blighted and abandoned properties. The City identified several properties that were a priority for redevelopment and applied for Nevada Brownfields Program funding to assess the properties for environmental contamination, which would assist the City in determining the properties' suitability for redevelopment. Sites A & B comprised an asphalt parking lot and a gravel lot. Site C redevelopment. Sites A & B comprised an asphalt parking lot and a gravel lot. A microbrewery opened at Site A in 2016 and a high-density residential and mixed-use development is planned for Site B. Site A is 3.88 acres, Site B is 4.36 acres.
