Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 10-acre parcel of undeveloped and wooded land. Historical aerial photographs and topographic maps indicate that the majority of the subject property has been undeveloped land, wooded land, and/or pasture land since at least 1938. According to Mrs. Vera Dempsey, the current owner of the subject property, the southeast portion of the property was utilized as a borrow pit during the construction of the nearby Baldwin County Highway School beginning in 1995.
