Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 10-acre parcel of undeveloped and wooded land. According to Mrs. Vera Dempsey, the current owner of the subject property, the northern portion of the subject property was once developed with a hog barn and shed. Historical aerial photographs indicate that the hog barn was present from at least 1966 to the early 1990s. The remainder of the subject property has been undeveloped land, wooded land, and/or pasture land since at least 1938. Mrs. Dempsey also stated that the southern portion of the property was utilized as a borrow pit during the construction of the nearby Baldwin County High School beginning in 1995.
