Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 0.6-acre parcel of vacant land. A concrete building foundation, concrete parking/drive areas, and concrete from a former fuel island are located on the northeast portion of the property. The northwest portion of the property consists of asphalt paving and the south portion consists of gravel. The 1927 fire insurance map shows the south portion of the subject property as lumber piles. Historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, topographic maps, and property records indicate that the subject property was undeveloped land from at least 1927 to at least 1952 and was developed with a gasoline station from at least 1960 to 1998. The underground storage tanks (UST) and the structure associated with the gasoline station were removed in 1998 and 2012, respectively.
