Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was reportedly acquired by the Zedrick family in 1974. The site reportedly operated as a bulk fuel facility and gas station from the 1930s through 1986. The Zedrick family reportedly purchased the site in 1974 and operated it as a Texaco service station until it was closed and dismantled in 1986. Four USTs (5,000 to 10,000 gallons capacity) were removed in 1986 followed by assessment and cleanup activities through 2000 when the case was closed. A warehouse was present on the property along the railroad tracks in 1963 (the time of the earliest available aerial photo reviewed in preparing this ED). Several silos or aboveground ASTs were also visible, but gone by the time of a subsequent aerial photo taken in 1977. By 2000, several additional small buildings were visible on the property. Most of the site appears to have been paved by 2005. The site is currently leased to a number of tenants for office, storage, and light fabrication.
