Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is shown as containing a house and two sheds on Sanborn fire insurance maps dated 1908 and 1950. The building is identified as a restaurant on the Sanborn map dated 1969. A garage was constructed by 1963 but demolished by 2000. By 2005, a large addition or garage had been added to the north side of the building and the lot appears to have been paved. Environmental concerns include: (1) possible contamination associated with an auto salvage yard directly adjacent to the north edge of the property; and (2) asbestos and other hazardous building materials present in the buildings, one of which may date to before 1908.
