Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of historic aerial photos 1942, 1963, and 1977, the site was fully developed with a layout that was largely unchanged during this period. A gas station was present in the SE 1/4 of the property. A fuel dispenser is visible in the higher resolution images dated 1963 and 1977. A small commercial bldg is located in the SW corner of the property fronting on Sebastopol Rd. The north half of the site appears to contain two residences with garages. The next available aerial photo is dated 2000. The two houses and garages as well as the corner gas station are no longer present and have been replaced by what appear to be paved parking lots. The building in the SW corner has been expanded with an addition on the east side. The layout observed in 2000 appears to be consistent with the current site layout. The photo dated 20007 shows the north half of the site occupied by 22 trucks. The photos dated 0211, 2013, and 2015 show large numbers of tires stored on pavement in the northern portion of the property. The current owner acquired the property in 2002, which appears to be after the period of site use as a gas station. The nomination form states that one or more USTs associated with the former gas station were removed in 2017. The form also states that the site was used as a used car lot from 2002 to 2006. The site remains in use as an auto repair, tire, and smog shop.
