Additional Property Attributes

The property was paved as a parking lot to support adjacent and new Grocery Outlet Bargain Market for community. In April 2020, One 250-gallon waste oil tank was removed under permit fromt he Sacramento County Environmental Managament Department (SCEMD). No impacts above action levels were reported in soils beneath the tank following SCEMD sampling and analytical guidlines. One additional 1,000-gallon gasoline UST was abandoned in-place (by rinsing and grouting) in May 2020 under permit from the SCEMD. The UST is situated beneath the foundation of an adjacent strucure. Angle borings were drilled following an approved SCEMD work plan and samples collected beneath the tank indicated no impacts to soil beneath the tank. A formal No Further Action request was submitted for this site to the SCEMD in December 2020. Site was paved for use as a parking lot. NFA approved by the SCEMD, awaiting final NFA letter.
